To pay your bill online, simply click on the "Pay Your Bill Now" button and follow the prompts. Have your account number handy.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and electronic checks.
You can pay your bill with your card or checking account. You can also set your account up for auto-pay. Our office can assist you with a card payment, but not an e-check payment. We cannot set a customer up for auto-pay. The customer has to do this themselves.
There are additional fees to PayStar each time you make an online payment through our website.

If you are paying your balance to be reconnected from being cutoff, please include a $30.00 reconnect fee.
Our office is open until 6:30 PM ON CUTOFF DAY. (Normal business hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM) If you need your water reconnected during these extra 2 hours, please include an additional $20.00 after hours fee.
Any payments made after 6:30 PM, the meter will be reconnected the following business day.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Payment Drop-Off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. We do observe all Louisiana State Holidays.
We have a drop-box that is located to the right of our front door that is available 24/7 if you need to make a payment after hours.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
