Buckeye Water District's Annual Board Meeting

We want to invite you to Buckeye Water District's Annual Board Meeting that will be held on March 11, 2025 at 6:30 PM. The meeting will be held at Buckeye Water District's office at 654 Hwy 1207.  

The purpose of this meeting is voting on the following matters:

1.  Election of three (3) directors for the three (3) year terms to fill the expiring terms of the three (3) directors in 2025.

2.  Whatever other business that may be brought before the meeting of any adjournment thereof. 

Only those ACTIVE ACCOUNTS on record on the close of business on January 27, 2025 shall be entitled to notice of meeting and to vote at the meeting. Nominations may be made by any qualified member at the annual meeting. Nominees must accept or decline the nomination at the annual meeting. Nominees that are elected shall attend all monthly Board meeting and any special meetings that may be scheduled. 

IF YOU, THE MEMBER, DO NOT PLAN ON ATTENDING THE ANNUAL MEETING, YOUR VOTE CAN STILL BE COUNTED BY PROXY. For your proxy to count, it MUST HAVE THE NAME OF THE PERSON YOU ARE ALLOWING TO VOTE FOR YOU AND IT MUST BE SIGNED BY YOU, THE MEMBER.

If we do not receive a 10% return of membership votes, then a second request will be necessary at the expense of your water system. We ask that you please return the Proxy that you should have received in the mail. If you did not receive your Proxy, stop by the office and we will prepare you another one.
